The Tampa Bay and Gulf Coast of Florida are not just where Carolyn Gomez works—they’re where she proudly calls home. Originally from Gig Harbor, Washington, Carolyn moved to Tampa/St. Pete in the spring of 2005 and quickly embraced the area’s vibrant coastal lifestyle.

Real estate is more than a profession for Carolyn—it’s a passion. Her career journey began in customer service, then progressed to local sales and a role as a Strategic Account Manager in office supply sales. She later launched a niche business with her husband, brokering printer supplies nationwide. This diverse background has sharpened her skills in communication, negotiation, and building lasting relationships—qualities that have helped more than 60 families buy and sell their homes with confidence.

For over nine years in the industry, including more than five years with RE/MAX Action First, Carolyn has remained committed to providing her clients with exceptional service and trusted guidance. She loves helping families find not just a house, but a home where they can build their lives.

Outside of real estate, Carolyn enjoys boating, biking, and spending time outdoors—perfect hobbies for a city known for having the nation’s top-rated beaches year after year. She also enjoys the local culture, from the adrenaline of the Grand Prix through downtown St. Pete to the elegance of the Festival of Speed.

At the heart of it all, Carolyn values her faith and family above everything. Her husband Tony and their son Quenton are the light of her life, and she’s grateful for every client she has the opportunity to serve.
